iVision Tech officially presented the new Esercito eyewear line in Rome, developed in collaboration with Difesa Servizi, during the event “Insieme andiamo a 1000“, dedicated to the participation of the Italian Army in the Mille Miglia.

The collection represents an important milestone for the company and stems from the meeting of design, innovation and Made in Italy manufacturing. The project includes the first acetate model created under the Esercito brand, available in three color variants, including green, which recalls the identity of the Armed Force.

During the official presentation, Eva Fulchir emotionally introduced the project, sharing the history, values and Made in Italy identity that distinguish iVision Tech, while retracing the journey that led to the creation of the first Esercito eyewear line.

The event was held in the presence of the highest-ranking officials of the Italian Army. iVision Tech would like to express its sincere thanks to General Francesco Greco for his speech and to the Chief of Staff of the Italian Army, General Carmine Masiello, whose presence further enhanced the prestige of this important occasion.

Sharbie is a B2B technology company that develops and manages digital solutions and operational services for companies and professional networks, with particular expertise in the fields of mobility, fleet management, technical assistance and industrial help desk services. Based in Rome, the Company operates through a lean and highly specialized structure composed, as of 31 December 2025, of approximately 10 professionals. As of the same date, it recorded revenues of approximately Euro 1.5 million, EBITDA of Euro 0.09 million, net profit of approximately Euro 0.07 million and a net financial position with no indebtedness.

The integration with iVision Tech will strengthen the Group’s positioning as an industrial player capable of overseeing not only the design and production of eyewear, smart glasses and technological devices, but also the development of complete vertical solutions for the B2B market. From this perspective, iVision Tech strengthens its positioning towards specialist and professional applications, where value does not lie solely in the availability of the device, but in the ability to integrate it within dedicated processes, platforms and services. Sharbie’s contribution will therefore allow the Group to expand its offering in the B2B market, transforming smart glasses and technological devices into vertical operational solutions, built around customers’ needs and aimed at generating new industrial and commercial synergies.

The consideration for the transfer, equal to Euro 140,000, will be paid by the purchaser no later than 30 June 2028, in one or more instalments, according to the methods and timing set out in the transfer agreement.

The model is the Pacific S01 by Henry Jullien, an expression of the Doublé Or collection. The Silver finish, enhanced by the iconic blue lenses, reinterprets the classic aviator design with understated elegance, where balanced proportions, lightness and attention to detail come together in a timeless aesthetic.
