Sharbie is a B2B technology company that develops and manages digital solutions and operational services for companies and professional networks, with particular expertise in the fields of mobility, fleet management, technical assistance and industrial help desk services. Based in Rome, the Company operates through a lean and highly specialized structure composed, as of 31 December 2025, of approximately 10 professionals. As of the same date, it recorded revenues of approximately Euro 1.5 million, EBITDA of Euro 0.09 million, net profit of approximately Euro 0.07 million and a net financial position with no indebtedness.
The integration with iVision Tech will strengthen the Group’s positioning as an industrial player capable of overseeing not only the design and production of eyewear, smart glasses and technological devices, but also the development of complete vertical solutions for the B2B market. From this perspective, iVision Tech strengthens its positioning towards specialist and professional applications, where value does not lie solely in the availability of the device, but in the ability to integrate it within dedicated processes, platforms and services. Sharbie’s contribution will therefore allow the Group to expand its offering in the B2B market, transforming smart glasses and technological devices into vertical operational solutions, built around customers’ needs and aimed at generating new industrial and commercial synergies.
The consideration for the transfer, equal to Euro 140,000, will be paid by the purchaser no later than 30 June 2028, in one or more instalments, according to the methods and timing set out in the transfer agreement.
The transaction was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, after obtaining the favourable opinion of the Related Parties Committee, as provided for by the regulations and the internal procedure adopted by the Company.
