iVision Tech S.p.A. has acquired a majority stake of 51% in the share capital of Teknoema S.r.l., a company based in Rubiera (RE), Emilia-Romagna, which has been engineering and producing components and systems for over forty years. Specialized in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) market, it develops customized electronic boards and equipment.

This acquisition will significantly enhance and strengthen the development of the iSee project, aimed primarily at implementing the prototype of an innovative product designed for the visually impaired.

The transaction, paid for with own funds, amounted to EUR 1,020,000. It is noted that the remaining 49% of Teknoema’s share capital will stay with the two long-standing partners who will continue to manage the Target as successfully and profitably as before: Pietro Nesci, founder of Teknoema, with 39.2% will continue as CEO, while Barbara Montanari with 9.8% will serve as Operations Executive Director. Stefano Fulchir will be the Chairman of the Board.

Stefano Fulchir, CEO of iVision Tech, states: “We are very pleased with this transaction because it will allow us not only to optimize internal resources and expertise but also to ensure more effective protection of the technology integrated into the iSee project, thus ensuring greater safety and reliability of the solutions we propose. We continue the path of growth through external lines that we had indicated during the IPO. As with previous acquisitions, this latest one is based on collaboration with the founding partners who will continue to play a guiding role in the management of Teknoema. In particular, with Pietro Nesci and Barbara Montanari, we have known each other for a long time and there is a relationship of great mutual respect. I am confident that together we will achieve significant milestones.”
