iVision Tech S.p.A., together with partners TDK InvenSense and USound, presents iSee at CES Las Vegas, the world’s leading technology trade show. iSee are assistive smart glasses for mobility that allow people who are blind to perceive the surrounding space up to four meters away, increasing autonomy and ensuring greater safety while moving.
CES Las Vegas (Consumer Electronics Show) is a global benchmark for innovation, bringing together companies, startups, and investors from all over the world to showcase new technologies and products for consumer electronics and emerging sectors. Considered a privileged observatory of future trends, CES is the ideal stage to present iVision’s technological expertise, capable of applying highly sophisticated technologies to eyewear frames and transforming glasses into next-generation smart glasses.
The iSee Project is a social initiative by iVision Tech focused on developing innovative solutions to address the everyday needs of people who are blind. The glasses were entirely designed by a team led by iVision Tech, in collaboration with partners TDK InvenSense and USound, with the contribution of a group of blind users. By integrating cutting-edge technologies, the device uses advanced sensors and highly sophisticated audio systems to detect obstacles up to a distance of four meters.
Available from the beginning of the year through the e-commerce platform https://isee-one.com/it/, iSee allows blind users to perceive the surrounding environment up to four meters away and detect up to 30 objects simultaneously, increasing their independence and ensuring greater safety during movement.
Federico Fulchir, Project Manager at iVision Tech, stated: “We are proud to present iSee One at CES Las Vegas. This is an important milestone for iVision Tech, as it represents the opportunity to showcase overseas a virtuous project created to combine technological innovation, accessibility, and social impact. CES is the ideal context to share our vision and engage with an international audience, opening up new opportunities for growth and collaboration.”
