It specializes in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) market and develops customized electronic boards and equipment.

With a highly automated integrated process, Teknoema is expanding its presence in the Automotive sector through IATF sector certification.
At the same time, it serves as a technological and production partner in the creation of the iSee product from the R&D department of iVision Tech.
Teknoema is a founding member of the Precisionet consortium, which allows for the expansion of services offered, strengthening design and production authority in the field of precision mechanics.
Co-Design and electronic design
Teknoema designs and manufactures high-tech systems and electronic boards, relying on its high-quality technical and production team, ready to meet market demands. For the development of new products, in collaboration with the client, Teknoema gathers the provided project specifications, analyzes the technical requirements, and develops innovative, turnkey solutions that are optimized for industrialization costs.
Assembly of boards with SMT and PTH Technology
The production system is highly automated and planned: every business process is managed by integrated digital information systems (ERP, MRP, 4.0 machines and systems) that track every single component, from entry into the automatic warehouse, with controlled humidity and temperature, to the delivery of the batches.
Testing and Inspections
All assembled boards undergo 100% automatic optical inspection of all components to detect a wide range of potential defects. All operators are specialized in acceptability inspection according to IPC-A-610 standards.
